Shipping & Delivery
Shipping to North America, Europe, Latin America and the Caribbean is FREE for all orders of $300 and up. Below that amount, shipping is $35 (North America, Latin America & Caribbean), or $40 (Europe).
Shipping to elsewhere in the world (e.g. Australia, Asia, Africa) is $60.
Items in stock will ship within two business days. Items that are made to order can take two weeks to create; the webpages for these items always state the timeframe.
Once shipped, items destined for Colombia will arrive within one week. Items destined for Latin America, the United States or Canada will take up to two weeks. Items destined to other continents can take three weeks to arrive.
Returns Policy
For safety and hygiene purposes, all sales are final and we can only accept returns of items when there are manufacturing defects.
Incorrect Or Defective Item:
In the unlikely event that your item arrives defective or incorrect, please immediately contact us and we will work to resolve your issues, for instance, by providing you with a complimentary return shipping label and resending the new product to you. Items must be returned in their original condition (unused, unwashed, unaltered) with labels attached. Femperium reserves the right to reject your return and send it to you at your expense, if these terms are not met.
How Long Does It Take To Process My Return?
Once the return package is received, it may take 14 days for your new item to be sent out. You will receive confirmation emails when your item is received and when the new item is sent.
